My 3DS Charger broke, now I gotta wait 5+ days to get a new one (Where I am at "Egypt", Nintendo consoles, Especially 3DS and its accessories are almost impossible to find... My day is so ruined!

When I try to charge my 3DS, it doesnt charge at all, also when the 3DS is turned off, the charging LED keeps blinking...
I tried it with my DSi and it does the same blinking thing..
