insanely weird post but does anyone have tips on public speaking? I just did a 3 minute speech and was shaking like a magnitude 5 earthquake the entire time so yippie!! so fun!!

if you mess up, say some small funny line like "whoops my brain stopped working for a sec." people will forget about the mess up and they'll like the joke.
the best leaders are the ones unseen. they're the real mountain movers. it's easy for me to say, seize the day and command the way, but i'm not wired right so a redundancy. if you don't like being at the front, don't do it, not for everybody.

Personally i trained myself to take as long as a pause as i need to figure out what i need to say. You'd be shocked how long people will wait for you.
