sorry for not posting earlier... banana bread i made was a 9/10 crust was amazing, mashed banana in the dough improved it a lot. perfectly moist too. only criticism is the extra 11 minutes in the oven... BUT it was very good. will eat more bread for breakfast tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!
