Juxt has been performing horribly this week, The whole ui turning blue, It randomly switch to streetpass causing the screen to go black, random communication errors every 5 to 10 minutes for no reason at all, refusing to load and crashing my 3ds. What an awful start to the week.

I don't think you will. Everything WiiU and 3DS has been solid on my end. Are you sure that you have everything up to date? What about your wifi connection as well?
My wifi is very new. But im using a 2ds so that might be the problem. Also my server firewall.
My 3DS is the new 3ds LL but I believe the old models should have an okay time with Juxt.... Maybe it will be better tomorrow
I haven't been having these issues. I use Juxt on a New 2DS XL btw
images and pages take LOOONG to load and it is not my network bc i have a 1GB/s download and upload speeds
