Try deleting your shared save data? From system settings -> data management. It's auto-generated as needed during gameplay so you won't be losing anything important. It might help, might not, but it worked in my case.

Make sure you only delete your SHARED save data. Anything under your pnid is your online stats, gear, and campaign progress

i appreciate your responses but nothing has seemed to work out... i suppose i should just be patient, unless anyone else has any more ideas
