for context my friends name was Jayden and my name is marq, he was a great outgoing and a genuine person at that. He had a growing tumor, that him or his family hadnt known he had for a while. Unfortunately they had got to him to late.

there was a really odd personality shift. he became way more irritable (got angry easily) and just thought it was a short term thing like a phase but that wasnt the case sadly
