hey, congrats on getting vanilla working I do hope that suggestion helped, if you have any questions ask me and i'll answer as best as i can as a wii u fan with no wii u, as for your splatoon problem, try using whatever the wii u equivalent of luma3ds is to turn on plugin loader.
