Need help with Mii setting. If you see the poster's name is "Harley" then the problem was solved. So how can I change the mii that my pretendo account was using without deleting/editing the current Mii?

You can edit the Mii via Juxtaposition or Mii Maker and then just leave it. It's slow to update, but it should after several hours.
It should also be possible to duplicate the Mii. If you edit, it will eventually end up being overwritten by the version on Juxtaposition. So move fast and avoid online games or connectivity until duplication.
Unfortunately, this method would only work with 3DS/2DS systems.
Wii U Method: Save Mii to Amiibo and Copy on Switch 1 or 2 to preserve it. Safely edit existing Mii. (Or Extract the Mii Maker Data and save the files. Also possible on 3DS/2DS)
What's good about this method is that it backs up all the Miis present in the Mii Maker and allows you to overwrite the Personal Mii anytime.
3DS/2DS Method: Get Gold Pants edited onto Personal Mii and then im Mii Maker, select it with the 'X' Button to Send it to Streetpass Mii Plaza to preserve it. Then edit the Mii on Juxtaposition's site. It will update the missing Mii with the new settings.

I can't delete the mii, Mii maker stops me. And I also can't cancel that "Crown Icon"(idk what is it in english, i am using an japanese machine)
Ah! So you actually read this! Sorry about the typo, meant 'Y' Button for 3DS/2DS, not 'X' Button.
Are you on 3DS/2DS or Wii U?
A New Nintendo 3DS, I also have a switch, but isn't hacked (it won't affect transporting Miis right?)
Problem half solved I edited the presonal mii, and backuped the original one on a QR code. But as i scan the QR code it says something like "I can't scan Mii QR codes that was made on my own 3DS"
