Hi, I don't really know how to make a ball go right or left - is it changing with how quickly we hit the ball, or is it about rotation of Wii Remote or sth else? (tennis, baseball, [golf?])

both. example if you swing from right to left, early swing makes it go left, perfect timing is straight and late swing makes it go right
