would it be possible to port ubuntu touch/lomori to run on just the gamepad? can you even get halium/linux running on just the gamepad?

no. the gamepad doesnt have enough computing power to operate on its own. it completely relies on the wii u to function.
well then it can probably run elks
it can run doom for sure
