Sold my 2DS forgot to delete my data, so I hope whoever bought it is okay with having a hacked 2DS (and a shared account)

i doubt they mind
it being hacked will have no bearing on your profile as they're separate, they may just erase it and create a new one anyway. remember that for next time, erase your profile before letting anything go.
