you should probably get the nimble plugin from pretendo's github

Ok... how can I do that?

go to github.com/pretendonetwork/nimble click releases and install 30_nimble.rpx

you should be able to search 'how to get wara wara plaza on pretendo' on google or youtube, thats how i did mine

then of course turn off your wii u and put the sd card in your pc and move it where the plugins are

or do it like that guy up here
