you cannot get sonic mania on wii u because you need get the game on switch. Its not complicate anymore.
to get sonic mania on wii u, you first need to get the data.rsdk for sonic mania and put it into the correct folder on ur sd. then get the .wuhb file for the port by going to rsdkv5 github and scrolling till u find the .wuhb file. then put it in sd/wiiu/apps. then you can play it
