Hey everyone! I have a question... How can I change my country location? Because when I played Mario kart 8 online, I saw that it's showing that I'm from USA, but I'm not. I'm from Croatia... How can I change that?

same thing for me im in europe but have a ntsc console, i dont think u can change it without a console region change
console region change, look in homebrew's server for help! i did this for my 3DS
