I have recently bought and hacked a 3ds and everything have been ok, but some people also recommends me to hack my wii u, i got it when released and I really take care of it, Is the risk of bricking higher or lower to a hacked 3ds?

tbh, there is no brick chance. it's nearly impossible (unless you screw up the instructions).
very hard to brick a wii u, but make a backup of your nand just in case.
