no streetpass is a local thing. does not require a server.. basically for context. nintendo announced the shutdown of the wii u and 3DS servers entirely in april 2024.. so that means goodbye to smash 4.. the pokemon games.. (except bank) mario kart 8 and 7 AND SPLATOON.
