We shall follow God by not getting distracted. As a Christian, I realize we have to be aware not getting distracted by evil. When you're tempted, focus on God instead, so that you find real peace and joy in life. Count what really matters

To give all of yourself to god... Is that not a distraction in and of itself? What is life without the pleasures it provides? If one focuses solely on a higher power, would that not deprive them of life itself?
