ah yes im supposed to get there from port prisma while hes right next to it... :/ (think i know a reason why people kinda dont like this game.)

Fun fact/useful tip: since you ALWAYS save when going on the world map, just reset the game and let the masked shy guy take a route that's actually reachable in time. No progress lost! That's how I do it.
