Not to my knowledge. There is a Unistore through universal updater you can access that has a bunch of other mods, texture packs, etc. Go to universal updater, settings icon at the bottom, plus icon near the bottom middle, then you should see the option to add the minecraft store.

completely left out that you have to go to "select unistore" after hitting the settings icon at the bottom. that too.
