What's the quickest way to get a 100% citizen approval rating at the start of the game, any tips?

just get welcome luxury lol
or just play the game. :P upgrading your tent to a house nets you 20% and changing your town tune and flag will get you 6%, both are one time only. isabelle will tell you what to do
go to the town hall and ask isabelle (the yellow dog) for tips! :)
also, getting cheats or welcome luxury is fun for a few days imo. but if you have acces to anything and everything, the game will lose its magic..well to me it does
