Hi, genuine question: What is NetPass? Been seeing a lot if people talking about it on Juxt the last couple of days

Its a service that lets you streetpass online like you were able to with the nintendo streetpass relays!! Its on universal updater if u want to try it out!!!

I'm having issues changing location... every time I click 'Exit' it just takes me back to the homescreen. I chose Town Plaza but I wanted to try out the other two. How do I switch out?

You can only change location every 10 hours unfortunately :( also i forgot to say it only gets new streetpasses while the NetPass app is open - it doesn't do it in the background

actually streetpasses accumulate on the server even if your console is off, you just need to launch the app every once in a while to download them
