I found two weird txt files in the (wiiu) folder on my sd card with (rose_key) and a bunch of random numbers. What are these?

it either an ID,a string of code,or [[Hyperlink_Blocked]]

well olive is a codename for miiverse no idea why they made the folder that name but eh you get the point
