Is it true that the activity log deletes all data older than 10 years?

I hope not... my 3DS XL turns 8 this year!!
if your talking about the 3ds then i dont believe so ive had mine 12 years and it still remembers when i played monkey ball 3d
Read this on reddit that their 3ds deletes the oldest stats. Hope it is wrong.
