HI, can anyone tell me why with AROMA and Pretendo network installed on wii u, Mario kart 8 online doesn't go?? i geat an error code. pls help

The servers are currently down if you got an error code similar to 101-0102, also have a internet connection with a NAT type of B or higher, look on Pretendo's website for extra info ig.
So, it's not just me having a problem of pretendo? Because i noticed that even with mario maker it doesn't go online.. sorry i'm not very knowledgable XD
