as it stands now, you already know there's no online functions at the moment, though thats being worked on by the pretendo boys. apart from some custom gear that can't be found in offline mode, still stands up as a solid game all the same.

you should play this game for the side quests and exploration, not the main story

Don't be in a hurry to get a skell. The world feels huge and there's so many nooks and crannies to explore! Also don't be overwhelmed by the different systems, you can get fairly far before you need to use effectively.
