tv?! as in mr ant tenna from deltarune?!?!?

Not quite sure, had it back in 2013 when I was a kid and had a Wii U, but suddenly, one day the icon disappeared after an update (I'm from europe, people say it didn't get released on europe, but I remember seeing the tv icon on mine)
