is it worth it to buy a 32 gb wii u that doesn't have that bad chip for $110? I would mod it, and it has all accesories.

Yeah. I got my 32gb Wii U with no accessories (Just the console, gamepad, and necessary cords) for $140.
It didn't even come with a stylus. Oof.
