How come Wii U players get all the perks (like screenshots in their posts), 3DS players are like Windows Home users, and website users can't even post their own topics?

I'm pretty sure the reason why you can't post or comment in the website version is because to prevent spam. I'm pretty sure the devs are still working on supporting screenshots, deleting posts, and reporting posts on the 3DS/2DS. Juxtaposition is still a work in progress though.
