you would need a 3DS emulator for the Wii U, or you would need to make a Wii U port of the game. so, safe to say it'll probably never be possible to play MK7 on the Wii U :(

its impossible since the wii u "isnt" powerfu, enough to emulate 3ds and there isnt a direct port of the game to wii u as of right now

MK7 is a 3DS Game. For the wii u, play MK8 or MKWii through the vWii.
