eBay, and japanese ones are cheaper and you can change the region with mods.
I spent an obscene amount of money importing a brand new N3DSLL in a desirable color, and paying taxes on top. Just look for an used one on eBay or some local site if you want it for a more reasonable price.
Couple of places you could find one. First couple of places I'd check would be your local retro game stores, then local FaceBook Marketplace listings, if you cant find any from the first 2 options then check on Ebay or Mercari. Be sure its the same region if u do a sys transfer.
