Well, not exactly, but there was a night I turned of my TV, but forgot to turn off the Wii, and it spent the entire night on the menu. (the opposite also happened btw)
haa, must have been fun coming back to that the next day ^w^
Yeah I left my 2DS on streetpass Mii plaza all night and it became my 3rd most played game XD.

I've definitely fell asleep playing on my 3DS. I actually used to fall sleep to the night theme on Tomodachi Life with my 3DS cause it was just so peaceful!
