Hey this might be really niche but I recently region changed my New 3ds from EU to US and I got nimbus and it automatically connected to my PNID?! I'm wondering if this is part of an update or just conflict with previous files. Thanks :D

As far as im aware and if I read it right when you mod the 3DS it automatically makes it region free
