I REALLY need help figuring it out, can someone give me a TLDR of it

Go on to your NNID, disable firms and game patching in the Luma startup menu, and make sure your NNID was put on your 3DS before your PNID. If you need to change your order, there is a Godmode 9 script, but it does touch your NAND so be careful.
