i play so much pokemon with QoL features that when i go to play X/Y or somethn i realize: -There is no auto run -You cant change the pokeball you caught your pokemon in -Cant change nicknames in the party menu -You actually need hm slaves -Your shiny odds are 1/4098 Etc

Can't relate. Stopped playing because "Catch 'em all" started to feel like an old prolonged joke. 100% any game is time consuming. As a former Pokémon fan, I was very disappointed at not being able to literally catch them all in newer titles and running out of storage space.

Cheats an option? I always liked Action Replay to get different starters and would constantly reset to trade off all the Legendary Pokémon and best tournament legal picks from Unova Region.

Heartgold and Soulsilver are still my favorites and never traded those. Between Diamond, Platinum and Pearl, I was missing Shiny Regigigas.

yes HG/SS were amazing! i have a soft spot for Platnium myself♡ Game Freak should bring the following pokemon feature back. almost all rom hacks i play have it soo.. cant cheat w/ pisces sadly. id need mgba version of it and no one has made a CIA/QR of it :/
