that was only for tiramisu theres no actually app but you can make a folder putting the hb apps in it
You can't use the HB Launcher in Aroma, only in Tiramisu.
HB Launcher does not exist for Aroma. The RPX and WUHB files should appear on the Wii U Menu, provided that they are in the "/wiiu/apps/" folder. ELF files also don't work with Aroma, according to the Wii U Hacks Guide.
