ive seen ppl on ig watch movies on their modded 3ds is this real and if yes, does anyone know how to do this??

you can get an mp4 player on your 3DS. (just search through universal updater) and load the mp4 files to a folder somewhere on your sd card
i personally have the truman show and multiple other movies on my 3DS right now
