Am i wrong for assuming that the next game wont live up to the hype of the first game had when people first played it? Not trying 2 drop an essay on this post but my reasons are. Modern nintendo releases have lacked quality, the system its on 3ds<Switch2, andmorebut yk. opinions?

yeah i feel like the new game might not feel as passionate as the first.
i have mixed opinions on the 2nd game. Island better be good, personal features (eg camera), random chaos, lgbtq+ relationships/marriage? If it has these i think the 2nd can be as good as the 1st.
