What is Netpass and how do i get it? I just saw a lot of people are talking about it.

yeah, it's amazing, it is basically streetpass but it has a few locations and works over the internet. download it on 3ds universal updater, open it, select a location, and check your mii plaza. you can switch places every 10 hours
