did you deregister the WaraWara Plaza BOSS tasks in the Inkay plugin menu?
To get to the plugin menu you have to do these button combos, L + D Pad Down + - Select. Then select Inkay. hope it helps!
Or try resetting your Wii U.
thanks guys i had the first 2 on but now its working normally booting the system the next day
