i always get error 101-0502 in games when i try to go online any solutions

I'm on 3DS, and having the exact same issue as you but with 001-0502. Try connecting to a hotspot (as Ellie suggested to me), hopefully that helps!
To add on, online isn't fully supported everywhere yet!
