How can I make themes on my 3ds? I wanna make a theme of Hiro from Danganronpa bc I can't find a good enough one. Would a .mp3 file work for bgm? How big can it be?

You can use Kame editor to make custom themes. It supports only .wav and you need to convert the bgm to a certain file format(.bcstm) to use it. The same goes with sounds but the file format is(.bcwav). luckily kame editor haves a converter for converting wavs to .bcstm or .bcwav
