What happens if you collect the mysterious mushroom thats exclusive in the wii u version of mario maker in a online level that has it in the 3ds version?

As far as I know you just can't play levels with any Wii U exclusive stuff in it on the 3DS version at all. At least I think I never encountered any of it on the 3DS.
To Leonie: i just found out that if you go to the 100 mario challenege the game randomly selects a level for you and i got a level with the amiibo mushroom and when i collected it it did nothing exept play the power up sound
