I don't quite think it's possible to debate this until we get the switch port, until now I believe it's pc with the N64 switch online controller.

In my opinion, it is the 3DS version, though I haven't tried the PC port.
SOH tbh, I just love the N64 visual charm that OoT had and you pair it up with 60 FPS, Settings that enhance the game for repeat playthroughs & endless mods how could you not pick SOH also you can get it on more than just PC too like Wii U and Switch!!
