Power wise, definitely the Wii U. 3DS actually had mainline pokémon games though, soo...
I remember an old mariokart 7 community for this. 3DS always won because everyone was on a 3DS.
never had a 3ds, so i'd have to say wii u
I have both wii u and 3ds but wiiu doesmt waana run modded apps any more so wii because i have one since 6 years old
