Please help me!everytime i try to start a online game on my 3ds there comes an error that says that my device has been banned from online services.What can i do about it?

Try making a new Ninbus account. You'll lose the friends in your friend list but at least you can continue playing online. At keast, i think
Im not Sure that it is my pretendo acc that has been banned.Because the error says that my system has been banned.I also have the same acc on my wii U and it works perfectly fine.
