it actually does! just load up the card you want to copy, then select the game card, then select the .3dsx file and click copy to (i cant remember but its the only one with copy in it)
Yeah but you need a .bnr file, otherwise the CIA will have missing metadata and will be corrupted, but GM9 can already convert CXIs to CIAs
