I don't think that's possible, as the 3DS uses a ARM CPU, and the Wii U uses a PowerPC CPU.
i prayed for times like ts!!! also to the person above me it may possible cuz there are ps1 and ps2 emulators on the ps3 even tho they have a completley diffrent build
Replying to the person above me: You have a point. Maybe soon I'll be able to play Tomodachi Life on my Wii U and 3DS at the same time.
