i would say tomodatchi life but they are making a sequel on the switch already so i don't know what should be ported. all the games i can think of got sequels or ports on the switch.
streetpass mii plaza, along with streetpass
a streetpass system and free online services for switch(2) would be cool
Super Mario 3D Land would be fun
