seriously, "load time improvements" was literally months of original work and collaborative research that we can now make into a workflow to adapt and reuse elsewhere

In all seriousness. I appreciate the load time improvements on Wii U a lot. Specially the background. that sometimes too ages to load! Scrolling through posts is also faster too!

give thanks to Ash for that!! amidst all our group research, Ash saw how poorly optimized and inconsistent the background image was and basically made a new one from the ground up. so now it doesn't take 10 seconds to load each page (overexaggeration)

we're working on it!!! i'll get dragged to hell and back if i elaborate too much further. BUT I PROMISE STUFF IS HAPPENING IN THE 3DS SCREENSHOTS DEPARTMENT!!!! we're opening up new floodgates so we're revisiting lots of things. but we're VERYYYY near the finish line.

i.e. code exists and we're very much in "final steps" for the feature. but i think there's also a bit of "anticipation => more things expected => we do more things => feature takes longer => anticipation" going on. sometimes that's good; we make it Perfect! sometimes not so much

we have a few things in lockstep and 3DS screenshots is one of those "in tandem" things. i know we wanna throw a few more good bones to our Wii U users. that is to say, it might be a touch longer before it comes even once it's done

but we're very close!! and i think we are all expecting good news on that front sooner rather than later. ...at least i am, i've been pretty directly involved in some more recent work towards release

and also. "juxt healing" implies it ever died! as an outsider i can say this place sometimes seemed dormant...... but i can see now it was almost always being touched on. trust me, it is alive and well. but we are adding some new fruit to the garden. juxt watering, if you will

People in here will be so happy once that's shipped. But yeah, i can also agree its FINALLY in its final steps of development now. i do feel its been cooking in the oven for like... what 3 or 4 years with almost no progress from what i can recall?
