and about splatoon server it actually down i see it on the official pretendo discord so we need to wait

ummm just update arome, inkay and install numbus

for splatoon every time you start the wiiu you need to go into the wiiu settings --> storage --> delete the share data on splatoon then launch the game and it will work !
